- Decision DomainA bounded area of the business where a coherent set of decisions is made, owned and measured.
- Decision Value (DV)The value produced by an individual decision or a decision flow — measured in outcomes moved, not activity performed.
- Decision-to-Action Latency (DAL)The time between the arrival of a meaningful signal and the departure of a meaningful action.
