What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we store the name, organisation, role, email address and — if you provide one — phone number, together with the message you sent us. When you complete the Return Assessment, we store your answers so we can show your result and, if you choose to share it, discuss it with you.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to prepare a first conversation, and to understand where value is getting stuck. We do not sell or share this data. Completing the Return Assessment does not subscribe you to any newsletter.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to have a useful conversation, and no longer than we can justify. You can ask us to delete anything you submitted at any time.
