Evidence Pack

The document trail that turns claimed value into demonstrated value.

An Evidence Pack is the record of a single Zero-Gravity intervention: baseline, friction diagnosis, intervention, measurement, demonstrated improvement, remaining friction. It replaces the standard consulting artefact — the closing slide — with something an auditor, a CFO and a successor can all read.

The Pack exists because Return on Data cannot be argued from adoption or activity. It has to be shown against a baseline that was captured before the intervention began. Every pack contains the numbers as they were, the change that was made, and the numbers as they are — with the honest note of what did not improve.

Evidence Packs accumulate. Over time, an organisation builds a library of what actually moved and what did not. Future decisions borrow from that library instead of restarting the argument.
