Momentum

The compounding effect of decisions that consistently become actions on a predictable clock.

Momentum is what an organisation has when the interval between insight and action stops surprising anyone. It is not speed for its own sake — it is the predictability that lets teams commit, invest and coordinate around a rhythm.

Momentum compounds. Each decision that reliably becomes action lowers the coordination cost of the next one. Trust in the loop grows, meetings shorten, second-guessing fades. The organisation stops being the bottleneck of its own information.

Zero-Gravity treats momentum as the outcome of the Build Momentum programme: long-term advisory, capability building and continuous improvement of the loop between insight, decision and action.
